What we collect
If you create an account, we collect your email address, a username and display name you choose, and (if you add them) your phone number and profile details. If you use the site without an account, we don't collect anything about you personally.
Directory listings
Some pet-care businesses shown on Pawdee are “unclaimed listings” we compiled from information the business published publicly (their own website, or public directories). That information is business contact information, not personal data about an individual. If you run one of these businesses and want it corrected or removed, contact us — see the Contact page.
How we use it
To run your account, show you relevant listings, and — for providers — to let pet owners find and contact you. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Where it's stored
Account and listing data is stored with Supabase; the site itself is hosted on Cloudflare. Both may process data outside Thailand.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting us. We intend to comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) once this policy has had proper legal review — full data-subject-rights tooling (export, erasure, retention limits) is still being built.
